We live in a strange time in human history – more connected than ever, yet isolated at the same time. Our devices are a sorry substitute for the aliveness of true connection and physical presence with beings. Authentic Relating and Guide Anah Reichenbach aim to shift that. Consisting of relational and embodiment games and lots of time for sharing your inner experience, the practice revives an age old custom of time immemorial… humans gathering in a circle to be together.
AR is a practice of re-learning how to connect to ourselves and each-other. It is the emotional and conflict training we never received as children and it shows in our adult life now. And so the question arises, now that you've identified the issue, what are you going to do about it?
Expect to find a deeper love and acceptance of yourself and others, while getting comfortable with conflict and discovering your true feelings and how to share them. This experience is waiting for you to say yes and dive into authentic relations.

Meet at Cross Campus Beverly Hills
Register in advance. Cross Campus is located at 8200 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
Arrive after 4:30pm to settle in. Program begins on-time at 5:00pm.
Park in the lot behind the building. The entrance to the lot is beside the building.
Come up to the Penthouse.
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in.
We will be sitting on cushions on a floor. Feel free to bring any additional cushions or blankets that you desire for coziness.
Arrive well-nourished and bring a water bottle. There will be water and tea available.
