Vibras (Spanish for vibes!) is a mindfulness meditation practice designed for kids aged 5-10.
Several studies suggest that kids who practice mindfulness tend to develop positive traits such as increased self-control, better attentiveness in class, and more empathy and respect for others.
In addition, meditation may help children manage challenging conditions such as stress, depression, ADHD and hyperactivity.
Give your little ones a jump start at managing the complexities of being human.
Drop them off at this fun, hour-long, mind-easing experience where they will connect with peers through play and discover what it feels like to practice sitting still.
With connection and gentle encouragement, your kids will begin learning when you wish you did, how to slow down and navigate life mindfully.

Meet in West LA
Please register in advance and bring little people to 11870 Santa Monica Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90025.
Park in the lot and come to up the steps to the second floor. We're in suite 208. Ananda Meditation.
All equipment will be provided by Vibras Meditation.
Kids will be guided through yoga-like exercises. They will be asked to remove their shoes and socks. Have them dress to move.
Parents and caretakers are welcome to stick around and participate in meditation with us. However, we ask that you step outside to use cell or computer devices. We found them to be distracting to the children.
