It’s time to say hello to your Inner Artist and connect with all dimensions of your creative expression! AND we get to do this in COMMUNITY! ♥︎

Consider each of these session a Learnshop + Funshop! 

Learnshop because Julia will teach you practical nervous system regulation tools. These can help you face whatever life is currently throwing at you. You’ll get a little nerdy and talk shop on how these tools help your brain/body, plus you’ll get to practice the tools yourselves. 

Funshop because creativity does not awaken without play. Funshop because when the world is freaking TF out, reclaiming your capacity for joy can be a path to resilience. Julia will lead the group through various exercises that will support you in discharging stress, awakening creativity, and opening up your expression. 

Upcoming themes:

April 22nd: Emotional Theatre

• You’ll have the opportunity to practice acting out & embodying the archetypes of different emotions that challenge you. In the process, you may discover these difficult emotions aren’t so terrible after all. 

April 29th: Sing-a-long

• You’ll have a chance to get a little silly & celebratory and belt it out in a group led sing-a-long + music-making session.
