1. Experiences should include direct or indirect education on self examination, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, psychology, philosophy, general health/wellness and/or fun and play.
2. The experience helps to improve a person’s relationship skills with themselves and with others.
3. The experience seeks to build community.
4. The experience provides guests with practical tools they can utilize in their lives.
5. There is facilitation and structure to the experience. It starts and ends on time.
6. The experience must be inclusive to all races, genders, income levels, religions, disabilities, marital status, and ages. (Unless the event is specifically a “Women’s Circle” or “Men’s Circle”, in which case only those that identify as the respective gender will be allowed)
7. The experience must strive to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality service to the attendees.
8. Alcohol and other substances, such as Cannabis, may be allowed at the discretion of the Deepen team if we feel the value of the experience is enhanced by this addition.
9. There will be no experiences specifically focused on the consumption of alcohol or the recreational use of other substances.
10. If the experience is at a bar, guests may purchase alcohol from the establishment at their own discretion. Alcohol is not included in the ticket price for any experience on Deepen.
11. Guide must have a significant background in and/or professional experience with subject matter that they are facilitating. It must align within their Zone of Genius.
12. The Guide is responsible for the integrity of their entire team or anyone that’s assisting them with the experience.
13. Guides must be aware of and respectful of how they’re feeling in every moment and be aware and respectful of the fact that everyone else might be in a different place and that everyone is having their own journey.
14. Guides are expected to practice self-examination on a regular basis and maintain a commitment to personal growth.
15. Guides must not be under the influence of any substance that negatively affects their ability to facilitate the experience.
