DESCRIPTION
Underground Unattached (UU) is a Curated Dating Experience. We gather an even number of men and women at private locations for three-hour experiences. There we facilitate a series of activities, developed in collaboration with a social psychologist, designed to foster connection and accelerate closeness. Although we’re working on a rapid expansion plan, our experiences are currently produced exclusively in New York City and Los Angeles with a focus on Reputation Dating.

We are seeking two freelance Experience Curators reporting to the CEO to introduce the UU experience to quality singles in the New York City and Los Angeles areas. If you are fascinated by relationships and the startup culture, and excited about powering up your stellar communication, organizational, presentation and people skills, we’d love to meet you!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-7 years experience in communications, sales, and/or marketing
  • Excellent and easy understanding of human relations
  • Innate ability to present concepts and ideas with confidence
  • Quick thinker, but calm and easy to talk to
  • Enjoys building community and connection
  • Knowledge of and experience with dating apps
  • Available on the evening of the next two experiences in your market with 20 hours to dedicate within the three weeks leading up to those experiences (see our schedule)

OBJECTIVES

  • Act as an ambassador and share the experience with as many single professionals ranging in age from mid/late-twenties to mid/late-forties as possible with a goal of them registering for an upcoming experience
  • Utilize various dating platform to introduce singles to the UU concept
  • With a focus on quality men, facilitate conversations which lead them to complete the UU questionnaire and then schedule a 10-min call with Christina/CEO to discuss the opportunity to join. These men must be available to attend an upcoming experience
  • Gather email addresses of those interested in the UU experience
  • Think outside the box and use personal resources / networking opportunities to engage both men and women regarding UU

BENEFITS

  • $18-20/hr with a max of 25 hours per experience, inclusive of 4 hours to be designated to production of each experience
  • 10% commission on each registrant referred by you
