Please register in advance. Meet at Dance Alive Center: 1629 18th St., Santa Monica, 90404.
Come to Studio #7. Blue building.
Arrive by 7:30pm to begin together. Late entry is ok, though not recommend.
Eat before. Bring a water bottle. Dress to move.
It’s recommended to bring a journal, pen, cushion to sit, instruments and a water bottle.
