Neuroplasticity Meditations are an opportunity to improve the neuroplasticity of the brain. Neuroplasticity is a term that explains the flexibility between neurons in your brain and throughout your body.
The Neuroplasticity Meditation is split into active and passive experiences.
The first half is an immersive educational experience that promotes and shares life hacks on how to improve neuroplasticity and health. Indy engages the participants by sharing the science and practice of laughter, joy and connection.
The second half of the meditation is a curated sound bath. Indy uses music and sound to produce neuroplasticity in everyone's bodies and minds. His guided meditation helps everyone relax while building deeper relationships with good health and happiness.
Participants learn different types of laughter that improve relationships, act as stress management techniques, curb addictions, limit anger, and more. Indy Rishi Singh has been teaching Laughter and Neuroplasticity Meditations as a life hack for over 7 years, showing people in corporations, law enforcement, and entertainment the power of laughter.
