There is intentionally no pre-meditation for this ceremony of empowerment. This provides the space for deeper levels of trust and authenticity to come through as we allow ourselves to be MOVED by the truth of the moment.

ACTING ONLY FROM THAT WHICH IS MOST ALIVE ON THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE.

All tools are on the table to facilitate breakthroughs, including:

• Hot seat Coaching, Sound Healing, Astrological Activation,

• Healing Mat, Dance, Prayer, Inner Child Play,

• Meditation, Improvisation, etc ... including the invitation to share YOUR OWN GIFTS AND MEDICINE if that’s what’s being called forward in the space.

• Playfulness - as we release inhibitions and stretch beyond our edges

• Readiness - to go ALL IN physically emotionally and energetically in support of yourself and all those in the space

• Confidentiality - a vow to keep all that occurs within the container 100% confidential

Park in the neighborhood around the house. 

Please arrive on time by 6:00pm. We will not begin until everyone is present. 

This is an alchemy, a co-creation, and sharing your gifts will be encouraged. You are invited to bring anything that would be support your experience.

For example, bring instruments, oils, tuning forks, a song, dance or poem you've never shared and tribal markers.

Or bring your nonphysical powers like intuitive/psychic/healing gifts, voice, courageous heart and willingness to speak your truth.

It’s recommended to bring a journal, pen, cushion to sit, instruments and a water bottle.
