Alexandra Ballensweig founded humhum, a platform for conscious dating and relating. Through humhum, Alexandra designs experiences for self-inquiry and connection as a by-product of her experience professionally and personally. Before humhum, Alexandra worked in consulting for 7-years as a strategic designer and product manager for start-ups and Fortune 500s. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Energy Practitioner and Master.

The more I am me, I elevate others! I facilitate experiences of conscious connection and can support others on their path of personal expansion and alignment. Formally trained in design thinking, I'm a good listener, and can naturally synthesize seemingly unrelated bits of information into a concrete and tangible expression that can inform decision making, provide ease or offer clarity.
How's your love life?
Thriving! I am so in love with the intimate process of understanding and knowing my own heart. I feel immense gratitude for the various relationships I have that serve as mirrors, and containers to deepen in myself.
Why do you do what you do?
I founded humhum to help people cultivate skills that support meaningful relationships, connections, and shift their relationship to dating from one that is fixed to growth-minded. In my own experience of dating, I wanted a platform that aligned with my philosophy of relationship— one that was process-oriented rather than outcome-oriented, and one in which self-learning and growth was the focus. I see dating as a practice, as opposed to a means to an end. The more accountable we are to our own spirits and hearts, the better off the world will be. All of life is in a relationship, and our primary relationship is the one with ourselves. As we understand, heal, nourish, and honor this relationship, we have more meaningful, satisfying, and transformational relationships with others
