Paul Deslauriers is a steward of community organizing. He is currently the Executive Director of the Maui Pono Network and has been ED for Community Restart in Massachusetts. Paul has been a grassroots organizer and supporter for his entire life, authoring several books about its importance of it. He has experience working and supporting the Alaskan Inuit, Icelandic and Hawaiian communities.
Amy Storer is a National Security Analyst with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She is also a professor at Miami Dade College and actively volunteers with the National Child Protection Task Force. Amy focuses on solving cases related to sex trafficking, human slavery, and child exploitation. This Political Hope conversation brings to light the good work people like Amy are doing to protect and save children and teens, and the kinds of things we can do and learn about to support people like her.
