LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Lauren Wallet of Rebella destroyed an identity she was once known for in South Africa. Author of Love Lauren, a blog which detailed life as a Professional Dater, no longer fed her soul. After fleeing to Los Angeles Lauren learns the difference between "dating" and "seeing each other" as she more deeply meets herself 90-days sober. Lauren and I talk about self-evolution and the anxiety that can take over when a new love seems to disconnect. Is time really an illusion in matters of the heart? Or should we accept the cycle of creating and destroying?

023: Wisdom From An Ageless Goddess

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Whether home in New York or Los Angeles, I find myself gravitating towards those with more life experience who appear enlightened. Driven by curiosity, I want access to their knowledge. Alorah Inanna, age 69, radiates Goddess energy. Her long gray hair, glowing skin, and white sheer wrapped gown make heads turn. I first noticed her at events and in pictures on social media. I wanted to know her. Alorah began working with the plant medicine, Ayashausa, in the 80ies. Guided by the Divine, she and her now deceased husband guided thousands of people towards more fulfilling relationships for over a decade. Now, at her scared space, a Temple in Marina Del Rey, CA, where we recorded this episode, Alorah guides singles and couples through sensual, not sexual, experiences. Alorah talks, as I listen intently, about why society is touch-starved, the difference between liquid and non-liquid contact, and how not talking provides an opportunity for deeper connection. Hear the messages dropped. What will you pick up?

022: Breakup & Breakthrough

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Most people aren't meant to be together for forever. Within a breakup, you may find life lessons that prepare you for the love your soul truly desires. While challenging, breakups can also be cathartic, liberating and transformative if you're willing to make a conscious decision to move through the pain and heal. Amy Chan, known as the scientific Carrie Bradshaw, is the founder of Renew Breakup Bootcamp. Finally, a destination that accelerates recovery! Amy and I chat about how we've personally overcome heartache and the knowledge she's accrued from years of studying breakups. Our conversation flows in and out of dating and relationships, emphasizing how important it is to heal and stay in your center. Because when in alignment with your soul, connection to another who's in alignment as well comes with greater ease.

021: The Soulmate Dance

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Are we half-souls seeking, searching for our other half? Or should we just look for a companion - someone to be our life partner? My gay best friend, Ezequiel Leal, and I journey through a conversation about soul connections. Over time we've learned to practice the discovery of self and to follow the heart. Having faith in life and love, while aligning with your own soul, may be what calls your soulmate into your vortex, instantly connecting you. Listen in and don't get tricked by time. For I believe time is an illusion. Karma, cause, and effect are always at play, especially in love.

020: Arriving at Ready

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Two years ago I ended a relationship after reading Bryan Reeves' article, "Choose Her Everyday (or Leave Her)." The article was read by millions. In this episode, I finally get to pick the brain (and heart) of the man known as the "Relationship Insight Ninja" - Bryan Reeves - on the difference between man and woman OR masculine and feminine energies. We flow in conversation about the journey of self-discovery that one must ride through to arrive in a state of readiness for deeply connected love. Are you ready?

We all come from sex. Its ecstasy makes me tingle. However, I advise, never sleep with someone you wouldn't want to be. Dr. Cat Meyer, a renowned Sex Therapist, and I have a deep conversation about the journey to sexual freedom and pleasure. Our intention for sharing our conversation with you is to spark self-query. We don't own the truth. We hope to guide you further to yours though. Listen. Then go into you. 018: Inner Work

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

Life is a progression. Our experiences create a reality that is designed by how we respond to each moment. Why am I this way? Because of deep introspection. Coach Yari, founder of Unleash! and The SoulBody Method, and I reflect on our previous relationships, the guides we learned from, and how new trains of thoughts were formed. We also discuss what we love about men...like their bodies and how they're designed to please us!

017: SO PURKH

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

The mantra, SO PURKH, is known as the chant for men. Mara Saranpreet Luthane, a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, first told me about the prayer. Shortly after, I began a 40-day practice of reciting the prayer 11x daily. The Sikh mantra is said to uplift men, clear up karma around men, and bring out "The Man God" in men. Some even call it "the love mantra" as it's also said to call in your true (male) love. In this episode, Mara shares the heritage of SO PURKH and the power of chanting it. Recorded on Day 17 of my practice, hear how it's shifting my relationship with the masculine thus far. Both men and women are invited to chant SO PURKH. I imagine it to leave you buzzing and vibrating higher than ever before with a greater capacity for love in your heart.

Trying to predict how to share what's on your mind so that the others receive it well is exhausting. My guest, Robert Schwenkler, Founder of The Brotherhood Community, lovingly speaks his truth even if you don't like it. Robert, who first said no to being on this podcast, draws people towards him with his honesty and desire to do/be better. Listen as we chat about male/female friendship, transformational work, and $$$ from his home in Santa Monica, CA.

Listen as we recap the session. Through deep inner work, guided by the anxiety in my chest, my mindset around money and my value shifted, allowing me to step further into my power as a healer and lover. From a closet in West Hollywood, Ssanyu and I share our personal transformations and how they help us up-level in life.

014: Meet A King

LISTEN ON: Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and iHeartRadio

I have a theory that man's life purpose is to make women happy. Nick Spano, founder of Re/Creation Cafe, doesn't exactly agree. He believes the purpose of his life is to love so greatly, with such devotion to love itself, that his love impacts the world around him. The byproduct of which makes women *very* happy. Listen as Nick opens up about how heartbreak is a catalyst, why community is vital to partnership, and how living a life in service to something bigger than yourself is the truest expression of love.

(Watch Nick passionately share about the day he created to pamper women: Goddess Liberation Day - YouTube.)
