With light facilitation and intention, dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes spun by our live DJ—tribal house, to electronic, to old school funk, classics, and hip hop—streaming into silent disco headsets!

The sandy beach is your dance floor...the waves and the setting sun is your backdrop.

Event Flow:

  • 5:00 Check-in, mingle and stretch 

  • 5:30-5:45 Intention setting 

  • 5:45-6:00 Opening Circle 

  • 6:00-7:15 Silent Disco Dance 

  • 7:15-7:30 Meditation and closing circle

Bring a water bottle, plus extra warm layers for warmth and the final meditation.
